This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Kilroy Was Here! Lite (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Toxic Puddle Productions. The Application is a game for entertainment only.

This Application is supported by the use of third-party advertising that may be using cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to collect information as a result of ad serving through User’s Mobile Properties.

 

User Provided Information

The Application obtains the name or initials you provide for leaderboard high score postings. We do not ask you to provide any other information.

 

Automatically Collected Information

Third-Party Mobile Services also collects certain information about visitors to publishers' sites that connect to the Third-Party Mobile Services and will automatically collect and receive information about those visitors such as, but not limited to, browser identifiers, session information, browser cookies, device type, carrier provider, IP addresses, unique device ID, carrier user ID, geo-location information, sites visited and clicks on advertisements we display. Third-Party Mobile Services may track that information over time and over multiple publishers' sites and use non-personally identifiable information collected from such visitors to provide reports to advertisers and others and to help the Third-Party Mobile Services display advertisements that may be of interest to you. In some cases, the mobile phone service providers for mobile devices may send your phone numbers to the Third-Party Mobile Services which uses such information to perform analysis aimed at improving their services and technologies and may also use this data to display advertising customized to your interests and preferences. Third-Party Mobile Services do not use such information for telemarketing, to contact any individuals or to share with any third parties for their own use. In addition, Third-Party Mobile Services may collect personal information directly from customers on behalf of advertisers and periodically transfer such information to such advertisers.

 

Opt-out

Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the Application: You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
